Former NY model and personality TERAJ releases “Give It Up”, the 2nd single from his highly anticipated debut album DEFY. This new dance track, produced by Bobby Danny, will get you up on the floor. As soon as the song starts, you’re ready to give in to the beat while Teraj’s vocals keeps you there his lyrics challenges you to stay in the groove.
“I pull you on the dance floor hoping that your skills are worthy/ You drop it down low, bring it back, come hither, work me/ Got me looking like James, feeling good baby don’t hurt me/ Now it’s my turn babe…” Teraj sings in one verse of “Give It Up”.

As a former resident performer at Manhattan’s trendy Iguana Lounge, singer and songwriter Teraj is the new maverick of pop and R&B. Since making a name for himself as a popular NY model, the former real estate agent, with numerous appearances on Bravo’s hit reality show Million Dollar Listing NY, is returning to his musical roots to fulfill a lifelong dream of producing a quality album, with uplifting songs, edgy beats, and inspiring lyrics stemmed from his own life experiences.
A Miami-born artist and social media influencer, Teraj is a Cornell graduate who wrote and co-produced all of the tacks for DEFY.
Produced by Danny Bobby, the rush to the dance floor track is a fusion of hip-hop, pop and electronic beats that showcases Teraj’s soulful voice, creating his own unique and refreshing sound.
Teraj first announced via Instagram in December 2016 that he was recording songs for his debut album. DEFY: Part 1, the first of 3 EPs that will comprise the entirety of DEFY, is set for release before the holidays in November 2017. With appearances and shows planned for fall and winter 2017, Teraj is ready to emerge as one of music’s newest stars with a sound and style all his own.
